The two ways of coaching
Synchronously
Synchronous meetings take place via Zoom while we create, discuss and revise a shared document. Alternatively, we can simply meet at the same time on a shared Google Doc. Synchronous meetings are particularly useful for those who want to brainstorm ideas, think aloud, or need motivation. The most important step in writing is getting started and a synchronic meeting will make sure that happens.
Asynchronously
With asynchronous coaching, you address my suggestions on your own time. Typically, clients share a Google Doc and contact me when they want me to take a look. Many rounds of edits may occur. Asynchronous coaching is especially useful if you want to take your time in responding to comments or if efficiency is at a premium: I am a speedy worker.
